Our 22nd Season is Here!

 


The 2011-2012 Season officially begins on Sunday, September 18, 2011.

Our organizational meeting will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2011.

Organizational meeting and free night of bowling to establish season average is on Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 6:00PM.
 
 

 

Friendly Reminder:


 If you owe more than $45 you MUST make a payment for your scores to be counted.
The amount owed can be found on the payment sheet found in your dues envelope.
If you have any questions see Kenn.
If you have a situation that prevents you from paying see one of the officers to make arrangements.

Important Change in Check Policy!

 

If you pay you dues by check, the check MUST now be made out to East Providence Lanes or EPL.

Reminder – Lane Courtesy:

 

With so many new bowlers and everyone’s excitement over getting up to bowl, keep in mind that you should look out for bowlers who may already be on the approach on the lanes adjacent to you.  Do not step onto the approach until they have started the delivery of their ball.  In the event that two bowlers on adjacent lanes go to step onto the approach at the same time, the bowler on the right hand lane should go first.  Team captains and officers should monitor the bowlers on their lanes and give a gentle reminder to any bowler who is violating lane courtesy.

 

Description of Raffles:

 

Sherry Leandro is busy selling raffle tickets each week.  The raffle is a 50/50 raffles where half of the money goes to the GALA Bowling League Charity fund and half goes to the winner. 

 

Description of the raffle:

 

50/50 Jackpot. A raffle ticket is drawn and the winner gets the pot.  No Skill, all Luck.  Drawn once each week.
